While we don't see much of Marcus (unfortunately), his strength seems on par with Luther's power. However, Marcus had the upper hand because of his technique in his faceoff against Luther. Judging simply by their powers though, they seem evenly matched.

The Sparrows are more of a mirror to the Umbrella Academy; their powers might be intense at times and they can certainly cause a lot of damage. However, the Umbrella Academy — especially if they work together and utilize Viktor's abilities — would likely come out on top in the end.
