About The RoleYour role is critical to the safe operations of the aircraft at the airport ensuring bagroom functions, loading and unloading, maneuvering and operating equipment and receipting and dispatching are all executed with precision, safely and compliantly.

YOUR DUTIES

• Bagroom functions: scanning and manual handling luggage.
• Loading / unloading baggage & freight.
• Aircraft Receipt & Dispatch.
• Aircraft Pushback.
• Water and waste services.
• Operating Ground Service Equipment on Ramp.

• 04:00-07:00 is $23.00 + 15% excl of Superannuation.
• 20:00 - 00:00 is $23.00 + 15% excl of Superannuation.
• 00:00 - 04:00 is $23.00 + 22.5% excl of Superannuation.
• Saturday is time and a half.
• Sunday is double time.
• Uniform paid for.

Essentials

• Driver’s License (including Provisional License).
• Pass Drug, Alcohol and Audio tests.
• Capable of obtaining an ASIC card.
• Have limited restrictions and ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Ability to work weekends and Public Holidays including Christmas.
• Ability to work shifts between 08:30 - 18:00.
• Capacity to be able to work between 20 - 25 hours per week.
• Commit to shift lengths between 4 - 10 hours per day.
• Available for 1-week full-time training.
